POLICY

Please read policy to ensure your custom made garment is made to your satisfaction

in a timely manner.

Deposits/ Payments are made via debit card/ pay pal and are NON- REFUNDABLE.

50% Deposit is required to secure your spot, cover material cost and to start production of your garment. A consultation does

NOT secure your spot.

Consultation fees go towards your Dress and consultation fee is nonrefundable

Cancellations

Consultation fee may be transferred to another

date if rescheduling 24 hours prior to your

consultation..

Refunds

There will be NO refunds/deposit on bespoke or dress pieces as these are custom made for each individual client.
Please note we do not offer refunds.
